Archive

Archives can be used to capture the state or simple back up an Item and all of its descendants. To create an Archive, navigate to the desired Item and select Archive from the Options menu.

A Member's Archives can be accessed from their My Account page. From here a Member has the ability to View, Select, Edit, Delete and Download Archives. To View the contents of an Archive, click on the name of the Archive in the list. Restoring an Archive is achieved by clicking on the Select button next to the Archive, then navigating to the desired area where the Archive is to be restored and finally selecting the Restore this archive under the Options menu by clicking the Restore button. An offline copy of the archive can be obtained in ZIP format by clicking on the Download button, this can be restored by an Administrator.
