Summarises Tasks and provides an easy to use interface. Use Projecs to report on a number of Tasks.
A Project includes a Task List view and a Gantt Chart view to summarize or report on a number of Tasks. Select one of these options from the drop down list and click View.
Projects also include search functionality to find specific Tasks. Click on Search and enter the required details to find applicable Tasks.
Properties
- Include Descendants
- Specifies whether Tasks in descendant Items will be included in the Project summary. This property is used in conjunction with Base Item. Any Tasks found in descendant Items (children, grandchildren etc.) of the specified Base Item will be included in the summary.
- Base Item
- The Item which will be used as the base for the summary. Leaving this option blank will mean that the current Item will be the base Item.
