Opportunities

A basic CRM system which keeps track of opportunities. Use this Item as a container to report on a number of opportunities.

To report on a number of Opportunity Items, create a new Opportunities Item. In the new Opportunties container, click Create Opportunity for each of the individual Opportunity Items as desired. Finally select one of the following options from the dropdown list and click View: Opportunities List, Forecast or Outlook.

Include Descendants

Specifies whether Opportunities in descendant Items will be included in the Summary.

Base Item

The Item which will be used as the base for the summary. Leaving this option blank will mean that the current Item will be the base Item.
