I creating my original account under the e-mail

I changed the e-mail to several months back.  At this time, It appears that I am showing as having two accounts.  How can the information on these accounts be merged?

 

User Name:  rosailopezmsrd

E-mail preferred: 

Alternative e-mail (currently showing as primary): 

Please let me know how to proceed to get this corrected.

Hi Rosa,

1. If you do not have the original invitation email for the account , use the password reset page to have the invitation email resent: http://my.sosius.com/ww/go/pw/?mode=remind.

2. Follow the confirmation link in that email.

3. Go to the "Already a member" section on this page and log in with your existing account rosailopezmsrd - this will merge the two accounts.

4. You can then edit the email address of this account to your preferred email.
