Hi all - I am trying to figure out if there is some way I can get a back up of the information in all my Sosius workspaces that is actually in a format I can read/use separately from Sosius (ie, in a Word or Excel format)?
I realize that the 'archive' function will allow me to download my information on any item in a format that can be re-loaded into Sosius by an Administrator, but I'd like to have redundant data that is at least readable in case anything were to ever go wrong with Sosius (god forbid!).

Hi Julie,
If you would like a backup of your "files" in a readable/usable form, I'd suggest using the Web Folders feature: http://my.sosius.com/sosius/help/features/webfolders.
An archive can be downloaded as a zip file. The zip file contains an xml file that defines your Sosius specific items. It also includes the actual files, though these are named according to their Sosius item/node id values - you would need to be able to read the xml file to map the id values to the friendly/readable names if you were to work purely from the archive download.
