We have not yet exceeded our storage, nevertheless, the system does not let us download files any more. The error message is:
Bandwith Exceeded.......
Please could you check this urgently?

Hi Christian,
Could you please email us () a link to one of the files that shows this error message (and confirm the username who is downloading) so we can look into it. Your main account has not exceeded the bandwidth usage - either there is an issue with that or it is another account that has exceeded its bandwidth usage.

All Files were affected. The problem was, that the account was not yet paid and the subscription was paused for one day. The displayed error message was definitely wrong, because it did not indicate, that the subscription needs to be renewed, but rather, that there is a problem with my bandwith.....
Anyway, the issue is fixed now. Maybe (for other customers as well) you want to change this irritating error message....
