I'm having problems downloading files from the workspaces. I'm able to create folder, and upload files, but when I try to download, it keeps on giving me an error.

We're having some issues tracking down your download problem - it does appear to be something at this end.
Could you please try downloading again, we have added some debugging information which hopefully should assist. Once you have attempted downloading again please update this ticket letting us know and we'll look at these details.
