file upload does not work properly, i.e. after clicking "Add Files" only a "Help" window pops up but afterwards the "adding" window does not show up.
In our workspace we currently are two members with "manager"-role. For me, uploading works fine, but not for my collegue.
When I will upload a file, I observe for some seconds a "JAVA"-loading icon. This does not happens with my collegues PC. Are there any prerequisites concerning JAVA installations on PC's (JRE?).
Or do we have some role/rights problems within our workspace
This is a very anoying problem and we would be very pleased to get a "fast relief".

Hi Guido,
The drag and drop component does require java (1.5 or later). To test your colleagues Java installation, please refer them to this page: http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml
You can always upload a single file using the following method (which doesn't require java):
1. Go to the folder, click Create.
2. Select File -> Standard File.
3. Complete the details on this page including selecting the file to upload.
