Is there a way that I can create categories for my tasks? I want to avoid looking for a task if forget who it is assigned to and not have to scroll through all 200 tasks.

Hi Dave,
You cannot create custom categories, however you can filter the tasks in your project.
I'd recommend including some category identifier in the task title and then from the project, click on the textbox which says Keywords and enter in your search term.
Of course there are other filters available in the filter bar such as assigned, status and priority which may assist searching.
