Reminder of Tasks

Has anyone else experienced problems with the option to send a reminder before a task is due?

I have tasks assigned to myself and others with the e-mail reminder set to 1 day.  No one has received an e-mail reminder yet and the tasks are due today.

Any thoughts?

Hi Brenden,

Please let us know if any reminders were received at all up to 24 hours after the task.
We'll need to investigate and get back to you.

Even after 24 hours, we still do not receive any e-mail reminders about the events.
