a) How do I sync my master calendar with my business and technical calendar?
b) How do I sync my Google Calendar?

Hi Renata,
a). Rather than syncing two calendars in your workspace, I would use the Include Descendants option. See an example in this thread here: http://my.sosius.com/sosius/help/forums/general_help/2009-03-05_16-02-00-88_097
This way your Master calendar automatically includes all events from the underlying business and technical calendars.
b). Please see the help here: http://my.sosius.com/sosius/help/features/nodes/calendar/syncing. Rather than a true bi-directional sync, it works best keeping one calendar as the master.
