Hi
I'm looking to sync our calendars within a project management tool - HOwever, our IT department advise me that this is not possible has the email is third party host???
We have outlook calendars which are hosted by Sirius and we have no URL and the are password protected.
CAn you help and can this be done?

Hi Lindsey,
There are two methods which you sync the events in your external calendar with your Sosius calendar:
1. Use an iCalendar feed (automatic). From your Sosius calendar, click on the Sync button and then Add New Sync. Enter in the address of the external icalendar feed.
By the sounds of it you are unable to use this method as your calendar host doesn't provide an iCalendar feed.
2. Email Publishing (manual). You can email events from your Outlook calendar to Sosius. This assumes that you have Outlook installed locally on your computer and you can forward events as iCal's (I don't think its possible to do this if you are accessing your exchange server over the web).
This might be the only method you can use.
