I have been trying to access my web folders but it is telling me I am using an invalid username and password but I have tried every combination I can think of. As your main page logs me in automatically I have tried changing my password in case that was at fault but now I am concerned that it is my username and I can't find that anywhere.
Is there anyway I can access my details so that I know what I am doing wrong?

Hi Laura,
You can use the password reminder page to email you your username, this also includes a link to change your password. For reference you should enter your username luarac and your Sosius password (in the top right hand corner there is a link beneath your last login to your profile page which includes your username in the url).
