Hi there,
In order to assist with your problem, we need some further details as there have been no known system problems with file uploading:
1. What method are you using to upload a file - I assume it is the Java component?
2. What is the error message/what fails?
3. Does it fail for every file or just a particular file?
In the mean time, you can use two alternative methods:
1. Create -> File -> Standard File.
2. Use Webfolders.
