Three quick things:
1) Any case anyone other than Michael reads this. He is extremely helpful!
2) We very much love the site and for the very small business we run we will move post of our backoffice on to the company account we have with Sosius. While this is great, this exposes us to some risks, hopefully Sosius will always be around but you never know (especially in modern world). Is there a service where 2x per year or so we can get a DVD of all of our data as an additional backup? Of course we are happy to pay for that.
3) What is the difference between the two email tracking databases that come up under create, they have exactly the same description just slightly different icons
