This example shows the short, medium and long term performance of a large number of funds run by different asset managers across a range of strategies. It can be used by fund-of-funds, pension funds and fund panels to help determine their asset allocations and recommendations, as well as by the asset management firms themselves to understand their strengths and weaknesses relative to other firms. A similar Fractal Map could be created for a single asset manager to assess their funds' performance based on more detailed internal data.
