Groups

Groups can be used to share content with multiple members simplifying the sharing process. This page displays a list of groups that you have created and a list of external groups that you belong to.

Each Item in the system includes permission levels that can be assigned to individual members or groups. If you have content that you wish to share with multiple members, a group can be created to simplify the management associated with sharing the content.

To add a new group click on the Create Group button. Select whether or not you wish to create a default folder for the group and assign the default permissions that are applied to the group. To manage the membership of a group, click on the group, then add or remove members as required.
